Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
- Accompanied by the original order receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt before using.
